The drilling engineering is the core of the oil industry,similarly,it also form the foundation of competition and survival for a petroleum company.The cost and pollutants emission of drilling engineering directly affects the oil field companies' survival and development.Therefore,reducing the cost,energy conservation and emission reduction has becoming the two urgent problems which the petroleum enterprise have to face at present.Using gas drive the rig is one of the most effective way to solve these problems.This article through the experimental study of applicability of the hybrid technology in deep well drilling rig and its effect on the performance of diesel engine,the applicability of the gas engines gas in deep well drilling,forming the deep well drilling rig power supporting gasification auxiliary technology.Realizing the purpose of energy saving and emission and drilling cost reduction,enhancing the market competitiveness,improving the comprehensive benefit of exploration and development.In this paper the main achievements are as follows:(1)The deep well drilling rig power supporting gasification auxiliary technology was based on the HZM(Heinzmann)hybrid technology and respectively applied in the CAT units and JiChai 190 units on the purpose of testing the technical feasibility,establishing the exemplary role for the rig gasification.(2)Through the laboratory test and field test,verified CNG(Compressed Natural Gas)pry,LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)pry,switching devices of natural gas and diesel fuel gas machine,high-power gas engine key equipment,such as desert cooling device,drawing a conclusion that the technology meeting the demand in the harsh desert environment.(3)Through the natural gas substitute rate test system,testing the equivalent ratio of oil and gas of various gasification technology,finding that the best substitute rate for deep well drilling rig power gasification was 43%,the dynamic performance was similar to the original machine,it can achieve good performance under various working conditions.(4)In terms of the problem of pure gas engines' performance load response and poor ability in bearing variable load,carrying a field test through set of 400 kW,800 kW energy storage buffer device,the results can satisfied the requirements of drilling condition.
