With the development of exploration and development in Liaohe oilfield, it has been a trend to search for oil and gas the deep formation, the Shuangnan region become the key of exploration and development. Due to the complexity of Shuangnan region formation, with the increase of exploratory well drilling depth, the drilling difficulty increasing, such as low ROP in deep formation, the contradiction of deviation control, mudstone borehole instability, high temperature influence on drilling fluid performance and the service life of drilling tool, high well control risk and so on, these problems challenge the safety and speed of drilling operation.This papers focuses on the difficulty and technical bottle neck in Shuangnan region deep exploratory well operation, combine with the actual situation, conduct experiments on deviation control technology, drilling bit optimization technology, high-pressure jet drilling technology, ROP-Improved tools of Double gyroscopic pendulum, etc. which achieved initial results.It is meaningful for acceleration of deep well drilling in Liaohe oilfield.
