Recently, the priority of oil-gas exploration in DaQing oilfield is transferred into the deep natural gas. Meanwhile, with more and deeper exploration, the difficulty of drilling raises gradually, due to the depth of deeper well and intermediate casing. The main appearance of difficulty is based on the slow drilling speed, low efficiency of deep drilling, which is caused by increasing drilling accidents and complex situations. Through the practice of deep drilling with many years, we can finish a deep well in better quality and increase the technology of deep drilling if drilling speed increases and we take precaution against the engineering accidents.This thesis focuses on the difficulty that confines the development of deep well technology in an effort to launch room experiments and theoretic researches on the rock feature of conglomerate and tuff in normal and high temperature. We launched a series of experiments about types of drilling bit, mud motor, cutout drill collar, stuck freeing spotting fluid of extension weight.The average depth of 22 wells is 3910m. Average circle of drilling is 113.5 days. Average drilling rate :3.77m/h, Average drilling rate in the formation about grit and tuff of Yingcheng group 2.01m/h,average accident loss factor: 2.33%。compared to the year of 2002, average drilling rate is increased by 50%.Average drilling circle is shorten by 36.5 day.according to the feature of northern Song liao basin, we develop some technologies about drilling bit collection, composite drilling which could increase the efficiency of drilling in the deep well about 3500-4500m.
