With e-commerce's heating up,the express market in e-commerce environment obtained an unprecedented expansion.Meanwhile,with the increase of colleges and universities students' number and gradual increased purchase power of the college teachers and students,campus express delivery market has become the main force of the whole express delivery industry.So far,the campus express industry has made rapid development.But in comparison with domestic and foreign large-scale logistics express enterprise,there are still a lot of problems to be solved in the campus express development.Problems like a late start,the fierce competition,chaotic management,lack of rules and regulations have seriously restricted the development of campus daily management and campus express construction.In this situation,campuses express delivery needs to find and integrate their own advantages.Through the analysis of the campus environment and campus express demand characteristics,under the electronic commerce,it is necessary for campus express delivery to create a healthy and normative environment,to fully the needs of the people,to protect their rights,to set up the cooperation idea with the school,to realize the standardization of the management,and finally to promote the development of their own.Based on the electronic commerce,logistic and express and enterprise strategic management theory,starting from the development status of campus logistics industry and its main problems,taking the rookie inn of S University as an example,this article discusses the campus express development strategy.Five parts compose the article.First,introduction,which introduces the background,purpose and significance of this paper,analyzes the domestic and foreign express delivery industry in e-commerce environment and research status of campus express delivery and put forward the research ideas,research methods and main innovation points.The second part is the theoretical.The third part is the analysis of status and problems of rookie Inn of University S.Through the questionnaire of rookie Inn in university S and field research,using the method of " PEST " model and SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of campus express delivery market in China.The forth part is about strategy analysis and development strategy of rookie Inn in University S.It mainly elaborates from the aspect of the function analysis,resource allocation of campus express company and how to combine the campus express company with the Internet plus and big data and to improve the efficiency.The last part is conclusion.The main conclusion is summarized in this part.This paper looks into the future based on the analysis of the deficiencies as well.
