Research On Product Whole Life Cycle For Project Management Based On Three Dimensional Structure Theory

With the rapid development of the global economy,some new features have emerged in the market environment.It is becoming shorter and shorter for products life cycle,and faster and faster for products development.How to effectively shorten the product development cycle,and effectively realize project oriented management for products life cycle in enterprises,which are the challenges for many enterprises or project managers facing.By investigating and analyzing for the common problems of product project management development in enterprises,it has the common characteristics from three aspects analysis based on the related to theories research.According to Hall's three-dimensional structure model and the related theories,established the project management model of product whole life,and discussed the method of evaluation for it,i.e.evaluating the performances from the early,medium,late stage of the project,and it expounds the significance of product whole life cycle for project management.It is proved that the model has the characteristics of practicality by the actual case analysis of F company,and project managers can analyze the problem related to project management by using the model,i.e.researching and defining the objective and delivery for each phases based on the time dimension of product whole life cycle,including the output of product or organizational process assets;Secondly,combined with the logical dimension of project management process to set up the model of Hall management matrix,driving the progress in spiral risen by using of PDCA cycle tools;In addition,from the perspective of the professional dimension of project governance,discussed the influence of organizational structure that it is important for project decision-making,confirmed it should comply with the general principles of project governing for the model of projects decision making with projects sponsor leading,in other words,the project organization of decision-making should be separated from the organization of the company,to ensure that it can meet the requirements of execution independently for the project power allocationIn this thesis,author summarizes the model of the whole product life cycle for project management based on three dimensional structure theory by the investigating and literature research analysis methods,and then confirmed the model is effective and practical by actual cases analysis according to the method of deduction.It is doable to research the project management based on the model in enterprise and optimize the project management system from the process and the organization structure perspectives,it also provides the model and theoretical basis for enterprises to realize the product project oriented,so as to enhance the products competitiveness of the enterprise.
