In the industrial 4.0 macro-environment, more and more enterprises gradually transfer and upgrade from manufacturing to intelligent service, MINO Auto-equipment as the the largest, most comprehensive and strongest automotive line-builder in South China. enterprise talent is the key, and technical personnel is the most important group that should focus on. The company's technical staff average age of 28, they are young, dynamic and creative. MINO Auto-equipment has eight people in the period of 2008 when it was created, it has been developed to more than five hundred people today, from the initial sales of hundreds of thousands of yuan to 600 million yuan in 2015, if the technician growth can't keep up with the pace of the rapid development of company, so MINO Auto-equipment to create billions of enterprise, make a respected and successful by manufacturing enterprise transformation and upgrading to serviceoriented enterprises also can't. How to stabilize the company technical personnel as well as how to maximize the technical personnel's innovation ability of excavated is the biggest problem that human resources department needs to solve.This article altogether consists of six chapters, the first chapter is introduction, introduces the research background and significance, research content, etc.; The second chapter is about the relevant theories of incentive theory overview; The third chapter is introduce the MINO Auto-equipment technical personnel's characteristics, describes the technical personnel incentive mechanism current situation, through the satisfaction questionnaire survey about existing incentive system to analyze the technical staff incentive system problems and the motivating factors that affect different technical personnel; The fourth chapter is case analysis, analyze the existing incentives can meet the needs of different technical personnel or not; The fifth chapter, through the analysis of the early combining with the characteristics of company technical personnel and design to adapt to the company's strategic incentive mechanism; The sixth chapter is about the challenges that will meet in the execution of new incentive mechanism.
