Talent is the core competitiveness of the modern enterprises who can only survive in the highly competitive market by constantly enhancing technical skills of the employees.For traditional automobile manufacturing companies,talent more directly reflects the key to long-term competitiveness.Therefore,the problem of how to enhance human capacity and develop a more scientific and effective personnel training system has become a top priority of such enterprises.This paper adopts methods of literature research,case study,survey and so on to conducted a scientific diagnosis of the personnel training system of SAIC Maxus and proposes ways improve it accordingly.In the framework of human resource training management theory,this paper discusses in detail the specific methods of the staff training in current domestic and foreign studies from four perspectives: training models and methods,training needs assessment,training management system and training effectiveness evaluation.The frame provides very helpful reference for the construction of the theoretical analysis structure and the selection of empirical analysis factors of this paper Currently,both domestic and foreign theoretical research in the training area focus more on training methods,training needs,training management and training effectiveness assessment,and less on training effectiveness evaluation,especially the effectiveness evaluation of result-oriented training,which will cover mobilizing employees training initiative,objective assessment of staff capacity building and performance changes before and after the training,etc.Based on the above problems,this paper focuses on the training effectiveness evaluation and talent development,diagnosis and deeply analyzes the existing problems of the training system of SAIC Maxus.All these efforts are to tackle the core problem of talent development and performance evaluation,create a more effective training system,enable iterative outstanding personnel reserve,and provide sufficient talent for greater development of SAIC Maxus.
