In recent years, as China’s independent innovation as a strategic national development, the high-tech enterprises has been rapid development, and has become an important driving force for China’s economic structural transformation. For high-tech enterprises, it is very important with a high level of knowledge workers. But knowledge workers value more personal future development of space, once they find the current environment that is no longer attractive, and they will choose another way to meet their own development. Therefore, the problem about turnover of knowledge workers is becoming a hot topic of research scholars. In this paper about the research process, the article to private high-tech enterprises, for example, is to select the study sample as the research object.On this basis, the study about literature data collation is through the private high-tech enterprises in Hefei, Wuhu and Bengbu, Anhui Province, and innovation comprehensive test areas of the field research, to explore the correlation about turnover intentions with organizational identity as well as embedded within the work relationship factors. We hope this study can provide some theoretical support for the efficient management of enterprise knowledge workers. In the present study, we use the method of empirical research and correlation analysis of the data that has obtained through questionnaires regression treatment to obtain empirical results of this paper, and then test the hypothesis of this paper, and ultimately concluded that:(1) The relation between organizational identity and turnover intention of knowledge workers are negatively correlated;(2) The relation between organizational identity and embedded within the work of knowledge workers are positively correlated;(3) The relation between embedded within the work and turnover intention of knowledge workers are negatively correlated;(4) The embedded within the work of knowledge workers between organizational identity and turnover intention play a mediating effect. At last, we are based on the conclusions of this paper, suggestions are proposed about the company management, and we make a statement about the limitations of this study that may be existed and make prospects of depth on the future.
