With the rapid development of China's economy and technological progress,the Internet has spread to every household and gradually penetrated into people's lives.The emerging industries cannot be separated from the support of the Internet.Traditional industries are also actively integrating with the Internet.International competition and cooperation have also With the development of the Internet and the advent of the era of big data,in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the international situation,the development and decline of Internet companies are closely linked to the development of society.People,as the mainstay of the operation of Internet companies,play a vital role in the progress of the company and society.The turnover tendency of employees also affects the performance of the company.The new generation of employees has grown up with the rapid development of the Internet and the rapid economic growth.As a new era master after reform and opening up,their thinking and behavior are very different from those of the old generation.According to data provided by Sohu.com,the turnover rate of post-90 s generation employees exceeds 60%,and nearly 30% of employees will change jobs more than 5 times in a year.The problem of employee turnover in Internet companies is more serious than in other industries..There is no doubt that such a high turnover rate will become a major cost for the company.Many scholars have found that the employee's organizational identity will affect the employee's turnover tendency.In the emerging enterprise of the Internet,does this effect exist? What is its internal influence mechanism? Based on these points,this article has carried out related research.This research is based on job embedding theory,by combing domestic and foreign literature,putting forward hypotheses and constructing research models,taking the new generation of Internet enterprise employees as the research object,collecting questionnaires,using statistical analysis software such as SPSS19.0,AMOS,etc.The data is analyzed,and the empirical research is used to explore the relationship between the organizational identity,job embedding,and turnover intention of the new generation of employees in Internet companies.This article mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Organizational identification of the new generation of employees will negatively affect the turnover intention of employees;(2)Organizational identification of the new generation of employees will positively affect job embedding;(3)Work embedding will negatively affect turnover intention;(4)Job embedded in it Played part of the role of intermediary.This research further enriches the mechanism of the influence of organizational identity on turnover intentions.In response to this research,this article puts forward the following suggestions for Internet companies:(1)Focus on the cultivation of employee organizational identity and establish an effective incentive mechanism;(2)Meet the individual needs of employees Attract and retain high-quality employees;(3)Establish a suitable employee departure warning mechanism to reduce possible labor costs.This article first combines organizational identity and work-embedded theory,and puts the framework in the Internet industry of emerging industries for research.It builds a brand-new theoretical model,which has a certain perspective of innovation and academic innovation,and provides future research in this field.At the same time,it provides data support for the human resource management of the Internet industry,which is of great significance to the human capital saving and long-term development of Internet companies.
