With the continuous adjustment of agricultural structure and increasing living standards, the higher requirements improve on the safety and quality of fresh produce. Traditional agricultural distribution has a long way and usually has a great loss. As most of agricultural products circulate without using cold chain logistics, the value of fruits and vegetables rot in the transportation is nearly a thousand billion, resulting a huge economic waste. In Europe, Japan and other developed counties, more than 95% of agricultural products circulate into cold chain. The direct-sales model is becoming the focus of governments as it can effectively reduce the circulation of agricultural products and increase farmers’income.The work of building city’s cold chain system is an important guarantee for the successful development of agricultural direct-sales model. Unfortunately, there is lack of specialized research in this area now. As the low-temperature distribution center is critical infrastructure of cold chain logistics, this paper is expected to put forward some opinions and suggests for the planning method of the cryogenic distribution center, using tools such as modeling, simulation and space-time consuming method.Firstly, the concept of cold chain logistics and agricultural direct-sales model is introduced. The third party cold chain logistics based on direct-sales model is proposed.Secondly, the principles and processes of locating the cryogenic distribution center is proposed. A cryogenic distribution center location model is constructed by using operations research and solved by using LINGO software.Thirdly, based on analyzing the business process of cryogenic distribution center, the method of determining the scale of cryogenic distribution center is proposed. Then the problem on logistics capabilities between functional areas will be studied through FLEXSIM.Finally, a cryogenic distribution center of direct-sales model based on Nanjing will be analyzed as a case, using the method mentioned above. |
