Global warming is a major problem and challenge facing humanity in the 21 st century,while anthropogenic CO2 is the main reason for increasing the greenhouse effect.Operation of logistics and supply chain is the most important part of today's economic activity,is the main source of air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.Thus we choose Supply Chain Inventory-Location-distribution problems as the object of study,low-carbon supply chain location-Delivery Problem modeling,and cost goals through the trade-off relationship between carbon emissions targets,analyze the impact of carbon emissions on the decision-making.On this basis,we consider the mass customization production and distribution of this trend,the product family to explore the site on the supply chain-affect distribution decision has important theoretical and practical significance.The main work includes the following aspects:?1?Supply chain inventory for product family-location-Distribution Model considering no carbon emissions.First product family oriented supply chain inventory-location-Distribution costs generated during the quantization calculation,the stock-oriented product family-the location-the distribution process of all aspects of business operations costs.?2?For product family of low-carbon supply chain location-Multi Target Distribution Model.In consideration of the carbon emission factors on the basis of taking into account the impact of different carbon policies.Through the analysis of different carbon emissions policy-oriented product family Supply Chain Inventory-Location-distribution network modeling,analysis and found to solve different carbon emission policies will be different degrees of impact business decisions.Cases?3?Based on the model and solving numerical optimization algorithms considered immune.As used herein,easy to disassemble,easy to assemble electric toothbrush business distribution network construction example,and using immune optimization algorithm to solve the model to verify the validity of the model.This paper analyzes the time and carbon emissions and product transport in the form of modules from the factory to the distribution center location on the supply chain-affect the distribution decision,obtained a series of useful conclusions for the actual operation of enterprises to provide some reference.The proposed product-oriented family of low-carbon supply chain inventory-location-Distribution multi-objective model is a low-carbon supply chain inventory-location-Enriching and complementary distribution theory has important theoretical and practical significance,through practical examples Solution and analysis for the practical operation of enterprises to provide a theoretical guidance and reference value.
