Study On Supply Chain Cooperation Strategy Of Carbon Abatement Based On The Carbon Emissions Trading Mechanism

Currently,with the development of the construction of ecological civilization, the low-carbon economy has received more attention than ever before. The low-carbon economy brings pressure on energy conservation while gaining to assume the cost of profits and carbon emissions. In low-carbon economy, production and business activities should not only pay for the natural resources also achieve efficient allocation of environmental resources that allow carbon emissions to have flow ability as commodity to flow in the market carbon reduction of enterprises and effective low-carbon management can promote carbon cost transform to low-carbon benefits,these new features will make the change in the cost structure of the enterprise, resulting in a profit mode change. Become Competition among today’s supply chain, competition among enterprises the relationship and cooperation of the members of the supply chain become closer and closer,how to design a supply chain contract to reflect a low-carbon economy,close to a coordinated and unified to the environment and the economy is an important research direction in carbon emissions.This is a study of the supply chain management of carbon emissions in mind.This paper analyzes the two-stage supply chain consisted of dominated a manufacturer and a retailer,meanwhile considers the factors of carbon right trading,carbon reduction and consumers,awareness of low-carbon and so on, comprehensively apply of supply chain contract and game theory to study cooperation reduction strategy of the two-stage supply chain in free carbon cooperation and carbon emissions trading mechanisms.Firstly,we analyze trading patterns and funding sources of the traditional economy and low-carbon economy,meanwhile analyze the factors affecting the low-carbon supply chain carbon separately,based on this we establish demand function considering the consumer low-carbon preferences and carbon reduction cost function,then construct supply chain model under carbon reduction and carbon emissions trading.Analyze the changes in profits for manufacturers and retailers under the mode of decentralized decision-making,the wholesale price contract and centralized decision-making decisions,furthermore discuss the impact of abatement level on supply chain business decisions. After numerical and sensitivity analysis,we can get model validation results:under decentralized decision-making,the manufacturer can make reductions or none reduction decisions based on the level of carbon reductions;Undercentralized decision-making, manufacturer and retailer can get the profit improvement than decentralized decision-making when wholesale prices within a certain range.
