The Research On Gap Formation Causes Of Jiangsu And Guangdong Provinces

This paper taking Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces as the study objects,to explore the cause of the GDP gap of Jiangsu and Guangdong gradually narrowing between 2005 and 2014.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part gives a brief description of the purpose and significance of study.It analyzes the research methods,innovations and the limitations.of this paper.The second part is the literature review.For domestic and foreign scholars,on the driving force of economic growth,economic growth factors of China,the economics theory of influencing factor on the growth of GDP,regional economic development theory,the comparative research of Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces and the the effect of the government,carried on the detailed theory carding and analysis.The third part analyzes the main characteristics of economic development of Jiangsu and Guangdong Province,from the history,culture,geography and regional economic development model.This part conduct a comprehensive comparative study of the two provinces.The forth part analyses the reasons behind the GDP gap narrowing from the aspect of Troika(demand).It select some important index such as total fixed asset investments,retail,the consumer-price index,foreign trade to do the comparative studies.A linear regression model was established in the fifth parts to find the relative relationship between GDP and three major industries.Through the reasons of the gap gradually narrowing between Jiangsu and Guangdong Province,opportunities and challenges,the last part put forward some appropriate policy recommendations...
