Research On Local Government Economic Behavior In China

Contemporary China is changing from the planned economy system to market economic system,the government how to complete the both excessive and adapt to the requirements of the market economic system,and correctly handle the relationship between the government and enterprises,social.However,in the process of regulation of regional economy,act as the role of market main body of local government consider the competition of economic resources and interests between local government and central government.But with China’s rapid GDP growth,the emerging differences between central and local governments,the central consideration is in the interests of the social system.In recent years,the local government plays an important role in regional and even national economy,proper separation of powers from central to the local government,and to develop and improve the effectiveness of its economic behavior.This paper argues must be in a big,within the framework of comprehensive analysis from the macro and micro economic behavior of local government.The economic behavior of local government development has a lot of performance,such as the pursuit of GDP growth,the government involved in investment,the construction of development zone.This article is mainly according to the textbook knowledge through to our country local government economic activities theoretical and practical research,case analysis method and the separation of powers system theory,paper is intended to point out that the existence of the local government economic behavior is due to its own features,namely multiplicity of economic development goals,and realize the economic behavior of local government have path dependence,once produce will continue,so to guide the benign development is a long-term process of macro,This paper puts forward the direction of the standard local government economic behavior,improve the government hierarchical relationship,improve the system of fiscal decentralization,and adjust the incentive and constraint mechanism to standardize the behavior of local government economic,improve the people’s satisfaction and happiness,so as to realize the sustainable growth of regional economy healthy and good situation of market economy gradually improved.
