Evaluation Of Coordinated Development Between Regional Logistics And Regional Economic Taking Chengdu For Example

With the deepening of economic globalization, companies begin to integrate the resources on a global scale. The integration of global resources can effectively optimize and allocate resource, and promote the healthy development of the global economy, but the space and time shift of raw materials and finished products need to be guaranteed by the comprehensive logistics service. As service industries of the national economy, logistics has played a fundamental supporting role in the development of regional economic, as the level of development of the logistics industry can greatly affect the environmental of development and investment in the region. However, the developmental foundation of the regional logistics is regional economic, industry, commerce, etc. Only economic development can create a huge demand for logistics, thus promoting the sustainable and rapid development of regional logistics.Practice shows that the regional logistics and regional economy are closely, only two collaborative development can achieve win-win. With the introduction of various good policies from the Nation, Sichuan Province to Chengdu, and with the rapid economic development of Chengdu in recent years, the logistics industry has achieved leapfrog development in Chengdu. However, there still exists lots of problems, such as relatively small scale, supply and demand imbalance, the mode of operation is relatively backward, which is not conducive to the coordinated development of regional logistics and regional economy.At present, domestic and foreign experts and scholars have studied the mechanism of evolution and logistics which contribute to economic development. While the study from the perspective of quantitative and the coordinated development of both is still less. This paper aims to build methods to evaluate the development of regional logistics, regional economy and the regional pillar industries, and then identify the most critical factor affecting coordination of the complex system through sensitivity analysis, which providing a basis for policy formulation. Specific studies areas follows:1. The evaluation index system of regional logistics subsystems, regional economic subsystem and the regional pillar industries subsystem are constructed respectively, then standardized treatment, weighting determination method is given. And on the basis of comprehensive analysis collaborative calculation model, selecting collaborative calculation model for the research object of this paper.2. Taking Chengdu as example, studying the coordinated development between the regional logistics and the regional economic through empirical study. Firstly, analyzing the development environment of regional logistics and regional economic in Chengdu briefly. Secondly, combining with Chengdu actual data, analysis the order degree and complex system coordination degree of regional logistics and regional economic respectively, which concluded the trends and the change rule of development. Finally, this paper focuses on the sensitivity analysis of regional logistics and regional economic input order parameter to identify key indicators which affect the coordination of the complex system.3. Taking the electronic information industry and the machinery industry in Chengdu as an example, this paper studies the collaborative development status of regional logistics and regional pillar industries, and the way of analysis is the same as the third point above. Firstly, analyzing the development environment of the pillar industry in Chengdu. Then studying the order degree and complex system coordination degree of regional logistics and the electronic information industry, the regional logistics and the machinery industry, which concluded the trends and the laws of development. Finally, identifying the key indicators that affect the complex system coordination.4. Puting forward some suggestions that promote the collaborative development of regional logistics and the regional economy in Chengdu from multiple levels.
