In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, we see the development of e-commerce business and the gradual improvement of the people's life. Fresh fruit has become an indispensable food in people's lives. Our country is a big country of fruit planting, and also it is a huge fruits consuming country. China's domestic production of fruit is mainly during May to Oct. After October, it's getting to winter season. Fruits are seasonal products. Imported fruit can enter the market during this time. It's also to meet high-end consumer market. Fresh fruit e-suppliers have been popular recent years. They have a professional channel of imported fruit. They can provide high quality products with more preferential prices.Recent years, online shopping has become very popular in people's normal lives. The fresh products online shopping is also more and more accepted. Especially for some young consumers, they more prefer online shopping for some new products. They will compare different online stores and find out the products with good price and performance. As a high-end product, the imported fresh fruit price may be higher than the average of domestic fruit. But they are with good quality, good appearance and variety characteristics. They just meet some high-end consumer demand. There are very large consumer market opportunities in the China.This paper mainly takes the Company A as an example, the author had been work in the company for a few years. So the author has a better understanding about the company. The author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the company. At the same time, STP theory analysis was used to analyze the strategic marketing problems. The thesis does research from 4P marketing theory perspective. Through the study and analysis of domestic imports of fruit market, the author combined with the actual situation of domestic general fresh fruit e-suppliers, e-suppliers, logistics, e-suppliers and other environmental conditions. Imported fruit e-market faces the problems and challenges, such as no independent brand, no differentiated products, excessive price war and other issues. The study should focus on the product brand building, product differentiation, personalized products, professional services and other aspects of humanity to do in-depth study. The author hopes that the study of this paper could provide some suggestions to improve the import of fruit enterprises and to develop domestic e-supplier's market strategy.
