The concept of information agriculture is still an ideal new agriculture combined with agricultural information technology and agricultural science and technologies.One way to promote the information agriculture is using modern information technologies to arm the agriculture,speeding up the agricultural information net construction,setting up an agricultural information system that can collect、analyze and issue mechanism,detect and release early warning.In these factors,agricultural information market owns great potential,its derivation and influence should not be ignored.Fresh fruit is necessities of daily life,it has strong consuming stickiness.As its high repeat purchase and high activeness,fresh fruit not only brings profit,but also intrigue continuous consuming popularity.The fresh fruit market e-commerce is totally different from other kind of online selling for the difficulty of keeping the fruit fresh.The fresh fruit e-commerce face the more difficulties than any other kinds for which includes hardship to generate brand effect and etc.The e-commerce brings the product to consumers and in turn the product further push the development of the e-commerce,it is mutualism.In the 21st century,e-commerce broke out and all enterprises launched business in fresh fruit e-commerce.But the rise in quantity doesn’t means the high standard in quality.To now,the fruit e-commerce enterprises have replaced and renewed generation after generation.How to survive and be the leader in the e-commerce,creating a new ear has been the core of the development of fresh fruit e-business.This paper first introduce the research status of fresh fruit market in home and broad,from the market structure and marketing strategies systematical analyze the e-commerce,namely the influence brought out by online transaction information flow and the development direction.Also the necessity of push the fruit market to assist national economy and meet consumers,consuming demands.Secondly,the paper put forwards utility theory and combines it with e-commerce marketing modes,introducing the implication of probability marketing,influence factors and applicability to integrate theories and modes.Finally,Combining the above theory analysis and the characteristics of e-commerce,puts forward the application strategy of fresh fruit e-commerce applicability to integrate theories model,fresh fruit e-commerce platform service strategy and promotion strategy of e-commerce market.
