Performance management includes managers ensuring that the ongoing processes between the employee engagement and outcome are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner,which is an essential part of the competitive market.performance management is to increase employees performance based on enterprise development goals,which is the effective way to achieve the goal.The traditional state-owned enterprise is not qualified for the competitive market.In recent reform between State-owned Enterprise and the State Grid,the convention of performance management should be reconstructed in order to seize the opportunity.The re-design performance management system is to achieve the "distribution according to one's work" to gain the advantage from competition of Internet.This article focuses on the theory of modern human resources management and extracts the essential of the classic case of performance management by analyzing the current situation and needs Gansu diantong design company in order to provide more considerate performance management proposal.This proposal combines performances management into the current circumstances and needs by using interview and questionnaire and makes comprehensive adjustment in terms of analyzing the existing strength and weakness of performance management.Accordingly,the characteristics of knowledge-intensive companies establish the internal rational assessment model in order to attract and retain intelligent employee,which is essential to maintaining competitive advantage.Finally,the proposal uses advanced performance management to motivate the full potential of employee in order to apply for qualified A certification of design within three-year.
