| Nowadays,the enterprises in our country are facing the global competitions.In order to make better performance in the era of economic globalization,enterprises should enhance the core-competitiveness by considering the HR management strategically.The product team management and management production efficiency can be promoted efficiently by using Performance appraisal which is widely used and confirmed as an efficient and scientific ladder of management in the past decades.But,extensive management is still very common in the basic construction industry in our country such as Geotechnical engineering.The staffs work enthusiasm and work efficiency is seriously affected by using extensive management as the performance evaluation index is too simple and seriously effective by the subjective evaluation of the managers.In order to maximize China dream construction speed,and making geotechnical engineering pile foundation playing an important role in The Belt and Road strategy,it is very necessary to build an effective performance appraisal management system to deeply improve the human resources performance management in the whole basic construction industry.In this paper,it takes the human resource performance appraisal management system of KD geotechnical engineering company as the research object.On the problems existing in the current performance appraisal management mode,the design which is with the advanced performance appraisal management idea is used to optimize the system of the company,and to improve the level of the company’s human resources performance appraisal,thus the realization of the strategic goal to provide internal support for the company.Firstly,it decomposed the company’s strategic development objectives.By using the method of MBO&KPI which is on the basis of BSC,it established the evaluation index of performance appraisal for three levels-the enterprise,the sector,and the staff.And it also set the weight of indicators at all levels.Secondly,it established the implementation process of the performance appraisal in the company.It established the performance feedback system for the actual operation in this company,too.Finally,according to the practical operation situation of the company,it established the implementation of safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of the program. |
