Organizational structure is the most basic framework of an enterprise, is an important part of enterprise management, but also an important prerequisite for the survival and development of enterprises. Obviously, it is very important to study the organizational structure of enterprises. However, in fact, no matter in theory or in the business world, there are few researches on organizational structure, such as comprehensive and systematic, and most of the enterprises do not understand the importance of organizational structure. At present, the organization structure is one of the important contents of the modern enterprise economic reform in our country. With the development and deepening of China's economy and enterprise integration into the globalization, information technology, market, and the degree of knowledge, more and more to speed up the transformation of the organizational structure of China's enterprises. Enterprise reform has been one of the core contents of China's economic system reform since the implementation of the reform of the enterprise. In recent years, the enterprise reform in our country has got great achievements, there are still many problems in the implementation of the organization structure design. In this paper, we mainly study the influence factors and Strategies of the change of enterprise organization structure in our country.First of all, through reading the literature and professional course books, seriously study the theoretical basis of enterprise organizational change, the principle and structure of enterprise organization change; the key to the influence factors and the status quo of enterprise organizational change. The main focus of this paper is the connotation and type of enterprise organizational structure change, the main factors that affect the change of organizational structure, and then take a real estate company as a case to analyze the above theoretical research. Finally for the enterprises' organizational structure reform in China put forward countermeasures and suggestions, respectively from the enterprise organizational structure model, incentive and restrictive mechanism, corporate culture and business structure adjustment sound, put forward suggestions for the optimization of our country enterprise organizational change.
