Research On The Development Of Port Informatization In China Based On Literature Metrology

In recent years,the economic globalization is developing around the world.Meanwhile,the trade liberalization and international transport market are also developing.All of them promote the development of domestic ports and increase their international competitiveness and sustainable development.They also complete the electronic seamless link of all the relevant port business.So the informational research of the port becomes the popular topic that scholars concentrate on.But the present informational research of port is usually confined to micro perspective and regard the informational degree of each dependent port enterprise as the research object.This lacks more systematic analyses from the middle perspective.In order to improve this research status,the paper uses the bibliometrical method which combines the qualitative and quantitative method to analyze the present situation of informational industry of port.Additionally,this paper also aims to provide theoretical support for the management and operation of port enterprises.The main part of this paper contains four sections.Firstly,this paper have a research on the status of the domestic port information construction and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing softwares of biliometric analysis.Then it studies the application of related theories and techniques used in this paper and provides the solution of the key problem in the paper.The second section constructs demand analysis of port information literature metrology system through analyzing the source and requirement of bibilometrical data.Thirdly,this paper designs and achieves the literature metrology system of port informatization with the combination of C/S structure and B/S structure and on the basis of the Java EE platform.Finally,use this system to make an empirical test for the literature data which uses "port informatization" as subject headings.Then the paper processes the test results and makes a literature measurement analysis of them.According to it,the rationality of the design of this system and the feasibility of using the literature measurement analysis research are proved.The research and achievements of this paper can be summarized as follows:developing port informatization bibliometrics system;processing data based on system,establishing information thesaurus of port,bibliometrics analysis of port informatization;getting the three knowledge bases(the main function of port information management,the strategic management of port information construction,and the main technology of port information construction);the development trend of characteristics of port informatization in different periods.Innovation of this paper mainly reflects the construction of data processing system on the basis of analysis of the literature metrology method and for the first time use the literature measurement analysis method combining qualitative and quantitative research on the port information field.Furthermore,it also provides reliable reference for related people and scholars in this field.
