With the continuous improvement on enterprise employment system and management tools,and diversified requirements from employees,flexible benefits has become a hot topic in present stage.It started in US from 1970s,and now has become a common benefits plan.Flexible benefits which characterized by flexibility and selectivity differs from transitional benefits.Flexible benefits has been more and more important in building employer brand to enhance employees' recognition on benefits and to attract and retain talents.As a large state-owned multi-industry manufacturing company,it's important for BG to implement an attractive flexible benefits plan for the development of it's globalization strategy.Linking with BG's actual business operation,this article focuses on the application of theory and methodology of project management in the pilot project of flexible benefits in BG.In this article,knowledge of project schedule management is fully applied on the project planning making,implementation,control and all the other sessions.Detailed project planning is made and broken down into steps with focus on project schedule management in order to find out the key approach in achieving the project objectives.The project team is also built with necessary resource support to make sure the successful implementation of the project.This article describes the implementation process of project schedule adjustment based on the problems during project implementation process.Through the successful implementation of the pilot project,this article tries to build up the ripe implementation experience of flexible benefits plan.as the reference of implementation in BG internally or externally.
