Research On A Company Supply Chain Optimal Management

In the current economic globalization and region integration, all the companies in market competition are facing a rapidly developing and unpredictable buyer's market with diversified customers and customized needs. The company can't survive rely on itself in such an increasingly competitive market. The competition of modern enterprises is no longer monomer completion between single companies but integrated supply chain competition. Therefore, it's more and more clear that under the perspective of globalized market competition, supply chain management is essential to company's development. How to obtain the lower cost, efficiency, variety, higher quality and other aspects of competitive advantage through exploiting the supply chain management? It is an urgent problem to be solved in many manufacturing enterprises.This article, based on the actual situation of A Company, analyzed the A Company's supply chain and its current supply chain management situation. It discovered that higher cost of supply chain operation and more slowly delivery becoming the main problem which obstruct the development of A Company. Then, this paper proposes relative strategy and solutions to problems found in the study and analysis, and proposes relative measures (informatization management optimization, production operation optimization, inventory management optimization and distribution integration optimization) which shall be implemented to align internal and external organization structure and to optimize operation processes, in order to reach the goal of improving supply chain performance.The purpose of this paper is to improve the company's core competency by optimizing its supply chain management which can improve its operation management efficiency, lower cost, improving production flexibility, and customer's satisfaction and satisfied diversified customers and customized needs. The supply chain optimization methods are not only effective to A Company, but also have positive reference values to similar enterprises.
