The mobile Internet technology has greatly changed the way of interaction between mankind and the world,and the popularization of social network and instant messaging technology has also improved the connection and communication fundamentally between people in this Internet era.Social Community,as a brand new interpersonal relation type and organization form in the Internet era,arises extensively in all walks of life.Companies,begins to take advantage of social community,and apply it into client operation and other management practices,and therefore the economy based on it,i.e.Social Community Economy comes into being.As a sub-form of Internet Economy,Social Community Economy,born at specific historical conditions,has its own particular operating rules.The Industrial Economy is a kind of product-oriented economy,while the Social Community Economy is human-oriented.Changes in the underlying logic of economic operation have produced a lot of impact on business management.Corporate culture,as the superstructure of enterprises,was also affected.Consequently the construction of entrepreneurial start-up's corporate culture in Social Community Economy becomes an emergent issue to study.The paper selects XiaoMi Company as a typical example for today's start-ups to study its corporate culture,including all the layers of the content,such as material culture,spiritual culture,system culture and behavior culture by use of case study method,and makes a summary of the logic,namely the law of Social Community Economy,embedded in XiaoMi Company's corporate culture.The paper draws a conclusion that the construction of corporate culture nowadays has crossed the boundary of organization,and it is no more internal but spreads to the whole Social Community.Considering today's start-ups in China have distinctive characteristics of Social Community Economy,the paper suggests that the law of Social Community Economy should be abided by and thus the methodology of Social Community should be applied in the construction of start-ups' corporate culture,with enterprises' founders leading,all personnel's participating and the social community being involved.The culture should be a social community-oriented culture,based on value creation,and it should be cultivated with the integration of all three parties' value appeal of the founders,employees and social community on a global scale of social community with the common values as the core.The paper also points out that start-ups can combine the publicity and implementation of corporate culture with its design and planning work,and realize the optimization and upgrading of the culture,by virtue of persistent culture management work in the following days,and therefore to obtain vitality for the start-ups' sustainable development.The study and its conclusion,can provide helpful enlightenment for theconstruction of entrepreneurial start-ups' corporate culture.
