With the enactment of IS026000,corporate social responsibility(CSR)is becoming an inevitable trend all over the world.However,most enterprises in our country have incomplete knowledge corporate social responsibility,which is limited to several aspects such as environment,charity and consumer.Despite the fact that human resource has become a core part of enterprises 'competitive advantages,we still have serious labor problems in our country.As a result,the CSR to employees,a key issue related to enterprises' survival and development,needs to be improved.With the combination of document research and field survey,this research analyzed the status,problems of the CSR to employees of NL CO.,LTD..And on this basis,this research purposefully proposed a series of countermeasure.It found that:In the three principle factors of CRS for employees,NL Co.,Ltd.posted a better performance on the factors of“Working Guarantee System”and“physical & mental health”,while it has great development space in the factor of“Individual development”including the elements of“incentive management”“quality training”“career development”and“decision-making participation”.Further,the reasons for these problems may be summarized as(1)Conceptual dimension: the concept of CSR for employees needs to be developed(2)Material dimension: the supportive system of compensation incentive needs to be improved(3)Mechanism dimension: the level of human resource management needs to be improved.At last,this research purposefully proposed a series of countermeasure:(1)Conceptual dimension: to attache greater importance to the CSR for employees and take good advantage of human resource department and labor union organization(2)Material dimension: to increase investment on the CSR for employees and improve the compensation management system(3)Mechanism dimension: to implement employee career controls with management platform establishment and career paths designation.
