BIM Implementation Platform Construction And Application Research For SJ Company

Building information model (BIM) technology is a new concept and a high degree of architectural design, as the year CAD instead of manual mapping, BIM high visualization, real 3D model is the CAD 2D architectural design of the revolution. Although BIM technology has existed for many years in foreign countries, but the popularity rate is generally not high, our country is in recent years to introduce this technology and began to promote the use of this technology. BIM technology is the biggest advantage of the view that the success of the BIM design can achieve zero change in the design of the owners is a great positive. In this paper, through the construction of BIM company SJ implementation platform and BIM model delivery quality management, and finally to BIM application case illustrates the SJ company in the BIM application delivery quality control method. The following conclusions is that:(1) SJ company BIM implementation platform constructionFrom the planning objectives of SJ company BIM of analysis the BIM software selection, implementation of the platform construction scheme, and three schemes of economic indicators from the selection of selected the optimal and solutions to the construction of advanced BIM enterprise private cloud platform.(2) SJ company BIM application pointsThis paper discusses the key link of the quality control of BIM delivery, and expounds the key link of the SJ company in the delivery quality, namely, the family management, and finally forms the base of the information platform. At the same time, this paper expounds the steps and methods of control in BIM in different architectural design stage.(3) SJ company BIM implementation caseTaking the BIM design of the hospital which is contracted by SJ company, the methods and measures taken to control the quality of delivery in the plan design stage are analyzed from the position of the building and the design of the building.
