With the rapid development of drone technology,the domestic zeal of logistics for the application of drones continues to rise.At present,domestic research on UAV delivery focuses on the technical field,limited to the distribution mode between regional sites,and the research for serving individual users are extremely deficient.Based on the service design concept and method,combined with the status of domestic urban development,this paper carries out the design and research work of the drone delivery service system for individual users.Firstly,this paper analyzes the feasibility and potential of UAV delivery service for individual users from the perspectives of national policy,technical background,economic and social benefits.Under the goal of innovative design for the delivery service of drones,this paper uses the user ethnography method to investigate the problems existing in the current logistics distribution service,and uses the affinity association method to determine the target users for the delivery service of drone.The use of quality function deployment to expand user requirements into service elements,and build a quality house model of user needs and service elements.According to the correlation matrix in the quality house model,combined with the questionnaire results of the KANO model,the model framework of the drone delivery service was designed.This paper develops the user-side APP of the service from the physical contact of the service design,the digital media contact point and the interpersonal communication contact point to improve the user experience,and conducts further the feasibility analysis test to determine the real needs of UAV delivery services.Finally,based on the existing technical conditions and development trends,this paper designs the shape,structure and function of the delivery drone for individual users.And using computer-aided design means to simulate the real operation scene of UAV delivery in urban environment,and construct a service prototype of UAV delivery system for individual users.Based on this service prototype,the SERVQUAL quality assessment model was used to study the quality gap between the service and the current centralized distribution service by gap analysis.It proves that the UAV delivery service for individual users has great development potential and Socioeconomic value.
