How to scientifically the cost control and limit the project cost within the schedule and make sure project can smoothly to every target, is the core of the project cost management.On the basis of consulting a large number of references, this paper summarizes the current status of development of the cost management and made a study of the whole understanding for the cost management, and then expounds the cost management theory and method, in order to establish the project cost management system to provide support. In the end, the project cost management system is established and a detailed analysis of the project cost management system is carried out. Scientific and reasonable project cost management throughout the various stages of the project for cost control has a good effect, and can improve the management level of enterprises.In this paper, the project cost management as the object, and combined with the specific project-to Dongshan County,3# building projects for analysis and research. Based on the theory of project cost management, the deeper level of Scarlett to Dongshan County 3# building project cost control of each stage of the study, which will be of value engineering idea is applied to determine the design scheme, the AHP method scientifically and reasonably applied to the bidding process, earned value method combined with quantitative analysis in construction stage. The qualitative research is the foundation, the quantitative analysis is the support, the combination of the two is more convincing. The results show that the expansion of system management based on system and method proposed in this paper, the effective control of the cost, not only to make the project cost control in the expected and save money, improve enterprise profitability and development capacity. |
