Research On Human Resource Management Of Tobacco Industry In Hunan Province

In recent years,with the continuous increase of smoking and tobacco control efforts,the tobacco industry in the macro policy by unprecedented challenges,provincial tobacco system also faces competition in different degree.Human resources management as an important part of the development of the industry,the management of the industry plays a supporting role,which also makes more and more attention to human resource management.Therefore,the research on human resource management of tobacco industry in Hunan province has important theoretical and practical significance.The from the connotation and characteristics of human resources management hands,with the strategic management theory,incentive mechanism theory,competition theory,performance management theory as the basis,first of all to the overall situation of the tobacco industry in Hunan Province introduced,development of the human resources management are analyzed.Then elaborates the importance of human resources management of Hunan tobacco industry,problems existing in the human resource management in the tobacco industry in Hunan Province were analyzed,including human resources planning and lack of comprehensiveness,recruitment and configuration matching degree is not high,training and development of heavy form,light effects,not enough scientific performance management,salary welfare management poor incentive effect,labor relations management are blank.And then summed up some countermeasures and suggestions,tries to improve the institutional construction of human resource management,selection mechanism innovation of human resource management,building human resource management training platform,strengthen performance management of human resource management,improve the incentive mechanism of human resource management,cultivating six aspects of human resource management of the enterprise culture to enhance the tobacco industry of Hunan province human resources management ability and level.
