The Research On Training System Optimazation Of Ningan Property Insurance Company Hunan Branch

In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in the market,a talent team will put company ahead of the competition.To maintain the core competitiveness,an insurance company should be an innovative and learning organization,which is dependent on strengthening the staff training system to train more talents.In this article,based on the theories of human resource training and knowledge of development,the author thoroughly investigates the company's training situation by the methods of literature reading,investigation and analyses,personal interviews,data statistics and discloses deficiencies of the current system,such as bad training execution,the imperfect of training management structure,the scattered training resources,the training courses which are not matching with corresponding post competency,poor training assessment and incentive mechanism.The causes of the above problems are the mis-understanding of the training target,the insufficient analysis of the inherent needs of training,the poor training planning,and the inefficiency evaluation mechanism and transformation mechanism.In view of the existing problems,the author designs optimization schemes about the training organization system,training curriculum system,teachers training system,implementation and evaluation system and measures of safeguard to smooth implementation.The training system is implemented in conjunction with the company's strategies.The results given in this article show easily operability and provide an excellent resolution for construction of high efficient training systems,strengthening company human resource competitive advantage and achieving a "win-win" situation for the company and employee.It also offers certain reference for the staff training in other enterprises.
