As market economy is changing with each passing day, all kinds of new industries have been surging forward vigorously, for developing private economy, a series of National supporting policies have been consecutively prompted, which will encourage entrepreneurship and introduce private capital. That innovative business has brought vitality and vigor to develop National market economy. They also have features of high growth and high risk, as well as tough tasks of breakthrough of management levels, industrialized, and standardized. Under these background conditions, Human resource(HR) is the significant source for influencing the development of the business.Compensation management is one of the key factors in HR management whereby has high level of professionalism requirements to employees. In accordance with characteristic of enterprises developing stage, design a reasonable and competitive compensation management proposal, which will not only attract and retain talents, but ensure the small innovative enterprises have clear developing goals.This thesis' s study angle is compensation management of HR, whereas research object is 2015 annual compensation system of MF company, by exploring and research MF operating model, organization chart, compensation management, work analysis, job evaluation etc. in order to design more applicable compensation management model for medium to small start-up enterprises, in addition to provide new ideas and approaches in different stages.The author of this thesis is a senior staff in MF and key producer of 2015 annual compensation system, I have lead HR Dep. to carry out operation management in depth, data collating and analysis, in the process has accumulated a wealth first-hand information and data. The new compensation system, in contrast to the old ones, which has improved the effective ratio of employees' incentive wages, effectively control the compensation cost, promote employees' working enthusiasm; however, if compare with other start-up enterprises, which would have been more flexible used compensation approaches and functionalities in work analysis and compensation structure. Therefore, it is strongly believed this compensation system not only to help MF improving revenue, attract talents, standardize development, but also to use as a reference for practical and research management of other start-up medium to small enterprises.
