In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council let the state-owned enterprises to deepen the reform,the implementation of the country's provinces and municipalities are in full swing to carry out the relevant reform.Kunshan is The first hundred counties in the country,which is in Jiangsu Province,actively respond to the provincial government's call,and gradually to the jurisdiction of the municipal state-owned enterprises to deepen the reform,and achieved remarkable achievements and accumulated valuable experience,further to other cities and counties where the reform of state-owned enterprises to provide experience for reference.In this context,GT company came into being.GT company is owned by the state-owned enterprises,in the Kunshan municipal government,the requirements of the GT company will become a no longer have administrative functions and fully participate in the market competition of state-owned enterprises.For the management of GT company,completely enterprises to bring new opportunities,but also faces enormous challenges,how to combine their own situation in a timely manner to formulate and adjust the development strategy of the enterprise related in the current situation,it has become a good research topic.This paper takes GT company as the research subject.First,it analyzes the related theories of strategic management,which provides theoretical basis for the content of the article.Secondly,the development of enterprises and the internal and external environment are analyzed in detail,and on this basis,by using the SWOT analysis method,points out the advantages and disadvantages of GT company's presence in the market and the opportunity and threat.Again,combining the above analysis results,put forward the enterprise's mission,strategic objectives and development strategy.Finally,through the establishment of a strategic support system to implement the relevant strategic measures,and through the Balanced Scorecard analysis method to evaluate the results of strategy implementation,provides a solid foundation for the timely adjustment of development strategy according to the actual situation.Through in-depth study on the development strategy of GT company,and analysis of enterprise assets and business level,and the re adjustment of organizational structure,for the enterprise transformation and upgrade to find a new breakthrough,provides a new idea for the development of enterprises.Therefore,the traditional state-owned enterprises,the give full play to the advantage of enterprise assets,how to make an inventory of the assets of other enterprises,how to play a fusion between assets,complementary and utility,provides for reference,have certain reference value.
