Research On Pilot Project Management Mode Of S Company

S company is a modern high-tech enterprise, whose main business is the pilot project in the chemical industry. In order to improve the company's pilot project quickly and efficiently, they implemented the project management.S company carried out the project management, but they did not understand the modern project management theory. They still did not form a perfect pilot project management model.According to the actual situation of S company, this paper tries to use modern project management theory, and tries to make a preliminary design about the pilot project management mode of S company.Firstly this paper introduces the theory of modern project management and its related content. This paper describes the operation situation and the pilot project management of S company, and analyzes the problems which are existing in the pilot project management of S company. Secondly, combining with the modern project management theory and practice, this paper puts forward the pilot project management mode of S company. Finally, the paper demonstrates and puts forward the measures to ensure the operation of the project management in S company.In this paper, the project management of S company is divided into five stages:project collection, project evaluation, project planning, project implementation and project completion and post evaluation. Each stage is defined by the specific content of the work, the results obtained, the corresponding responsible person or department, as well as the corresponding stage of the audit procedures. This paper emphasizes the importance of project collection and project evaluation in order to validate laboratory tests and products, which is an important measure to improve the company's decision-making ability.The new pilot project management mode of operation will encounter great resistance in the actual work, the paper puts forward some measures to ensure the effective implementation of the project management model:the company strengthen personnel training about the theory and practice of the modern project management; establish the project organizational structure and project manager is the core of the project team; enhance the level of informatization construction; attach importance to the project risk management; strengthen the project personnel education training and incentive system; absorb the risk investment.
