The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy with rapid revolution,enterprises should only study constantly and learn faster than the competitors in order to keep up with change and to maintain sustaining competitiveness instead of being eliminated.Many scholars predicted that the most competitive enterprises would be those based on learning organization(LO).Most of the LO theory was too nonobjective and abstract,which resulted in lots of enterprises failing to construct LO.The paper studied motivation from the point of LO and tried to build motivation system based on LO,so that it could provide more concrete and operational theoretical guidance for corporations to establish LO.Firstly,the article concluded the motivation factors of LO and built matching incentive model.Secondly,it used questionnaire survey to get the data and utilized SPSS 19.0 to do statistical analysis whose most important method used was factorial analysis.Then revise the model according to the empirical result.At last,establish a motivation system based on LO by referring to the amended model.The thesis's main research results are:(1)concluding pointedly the incentive factors of LO that can stimulate employees to learn and innovate by analyzing the definition,features and obstacles of LO;(2)The LO incentive model classifies motivation factors into five types,namely work itself,cultural atmosphere,achievement and status,pay incentives,technology and institution support,and each includes more specific elements.(3)establishing motivation system based on LO,which works by combining the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factors.Limited by energy and time,the paper has some places to improve in further study.They are:utilizing correlation analysis to amend incentive factors;taking personal background into account to find the influence on motivation factors;the most important research direction is to study each module of incentive system more deeply and systematically to propose more specific and operational supporting measures.
