With the destruction of the natural ecological balance,human survival environment is threatened,the study of the human environment behavior gradually rise.In the past,the study has focused on the environment issues more from the organizational level,fewer on environmental behavior of the individual in the organization.The article intends to research the individual's pro-environmental behavior in the enterprise from the perspective of outside working role's behavior.Pro-environmental behavior is the employee outside working role's behavior in a special case of the environmental protection situation,performance for employees working in a way that is environmentally friendly.What are the factors affect the pro-environmental behavior of employees in the organization? What is its action mechanism? This is the main content of this article will research.Based on above,this article selects the employee pro-environmental behavior as the dependent variable,according to the traditional study route that the leadership impact on employee behavior,specific to the environmental protection situation to research pro-environment of employees.By introducing leader member exchange(LMX)as a mediate variable,to open the black box which hide the relationship between environmental leadership and employee environmental behaviors.This research Introduce organizational pro-environmental atmosphere as moderator variable,to explore the boundary conditions of the environmental leadership affect the employee's outside working role's behavior.This study base on survey of 473 employees in enterprise data as samples from Jiangsu,Anhui and other major enterprises in the eastern region,studied the mechanism between pro-environmental leadership and employee pro-environmental behavior,and the moderator effect of organization pro-environmental climate.In this study,literature analysis method has used to summarized and comb relative theory such as the outside working role's behavior of employee,positive leadership style,leader members exchange,organizational climate and relevant concept.This paper established a preliminary research framework and theoretical assumptions based on the theory of social exchange and social identity.Data analysis results show that the pro-environmental leadership has positive effects on employee pro-environmental behavior,and leader member exchange relationship(LMX)play a mediating role between them.This study explore environmental problems from the perspective of individual level is relatively rare.Environmental protection slogans eventually must carry out on the behavior of the individual.So,the last part of this article puts forward the corresponding Suggestions for enterprise to carry out the employee pro-environmental behavior,and points out possible research directions for subsequent research.
