Innovation is an important force driving the development of a country and a nation as well as the first impetus to lead growth.It is now the significant social and economic development direction of China.Organizational innovation is an indispensable part of national innovation.And individual innovation is the foundation of organizational innovation.Under a volatile,complex and uncertain environment,knowledge employees who are highly qualified and work with knowledge are an indispensable human resource for enterprises.To develop in the long term,enterprises must be able to inspire knowledge employees to exert their subjective initiative for creative results.Otherwise,they cannot survive under fierce competition.Leader-member exchange relationship or staff innovation behavior has been paid attention by scholars in recent years.The impact of the quality of leader-member relationship on employee's innovative behavior also gets a certain degree of attention.After reviewing researches,it is found that leader-member exchange relationship is often used as an intermediary variable to study innovation behavior,and fewer scholars took leader-member exchange relationship as independent variables.There is less research on the mechanism of the two variables in China.Therefore,the research of this paper focuses on the impact of the leadermember exchange relationship on the innovation behavior of knowledge employees through Empirical research method.Meanwhile,because of the innovation behavior which is affected by the organization,mediation effect analysis of the organizational atmosphere is also added in study.The conclusions of this study are as follows:First,leader-member exchange relationship has a significant positive predictive effect on knowledge employees innovation behavior;Second,leader-member exchange relationship has a significant positive predictive effect on organizational climate;Third,organizational climate has a significant positive predictive effect on knowledge employees innovation behavior;Fourth,organizational climate plays a mediating role between the exchange of leadership members and knowledge employees innovation behavior.This research mainly complements the relation between leader-member exchange relationship,knowledge employees ' innovation behavior and organizational climate.Based on the research conclusions,this article puts forward the practical inspiration from the perspectives of leader and organizational climate to promote knowledge employees ' innovation behavior from non-material aspects.
