During the development of Twenty-first Century,the business competition environment of enterprises is getting constantly intensified,while during this procedure,the new problems faced in human resource management are gradually emerging.At this point,the generation of employees(the generations of after 80s and 90s)—an important new part of enterprises,has become the backbone of these enterprises.Their roles have already changed from the grassroots level to the middle level,and then to the managers,and they have gotten an indispensable core position in the enterprises.Thus,the core of modern enterprises' human resource management in our country is the management to the new generation of employees(the generations of after 80s and 90s).In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the previous relating document researches and combing it with the years of my experiences on enterprises management,I chose and define several concepts and variable dimensionalities which are accordance with my study,and 4 items with 21 kinds of research hypotheses are proposed in this paper.By using the questionnaire websites,506 electronic questionnaires are taken back in total,with 500 effective questionnaires.On the basis of data statistic,all proposed hypotheses have been tested,and finally,relating results of the relationship between work ethic of the new generation of employees and job performance are thus worked outFinally,with analysis of the conclusion,and combining the experiences of enterprise HR management practice,there are some suggestions of management of new graduation employees to improve efficiency of human resource,on overall planning of HR management,training and learning,and recruitment and selection of human resource..
