When human's values changed owing to the changes of social structure, mode of production and economic surroundings, people began to concentrate on the work values and the research on work values in the west has a history of thirty more years. According to the past research, employees' work values can have some important influences on some variables (e.g. attitudes of job and performances) relevant to their organizational behavior. The research at home on work values is inchoate compared to the research abroad; especially the research with demonstration is seldom. At present, China is in the state of further economic reform and open, and the economic surroundings both home and abroad have changed very much. Under the present condition, doing a research on the employees' present works values at home and further explores the influencing relationship among work values , job satisfaction and contextual performances cannot only extend the research field but also can provide some guidance and references for human resource management.Through the comprehensive analysis of past related research paper, this thesis constructs a model about the influencing relationship among work values, job satisfaction and contextual performances. By the research of questionnaire for 242 employees located in 6 districts in china, the thesis explores the influencing relationship among the three variables and finds that different individual statistical characteristics have a significant influence on the three variables; there are significant correlations among employees' work values, job satisfaction and contextual performances through correlation analysis; employees' work values can influence on their job satisfaction and contextual performances, and employees' job satisfaction is a variable midst work values and contextual performances to some extent.
