With the continuous deepening of China’s socialist market economic system reform and the influence after entering WTO international economic exchanges,the modem trade enterprises are increasingly aware of the importance of management.Performance appraisal is an important basis for personnel decisions,the enterprise development.Liaoning power grid enterprises also attaches great importance to the construction of enterprise performance appraisal system,along with the enterprise scale unceasing expansion,the degree of attention to enterprise performance evaluation system has been increasing year by year.In this paper,according to the actual situation of middle managers in Liaoning power grid enterprises,and combining the performance appraisal theory,PDCA theory and theory of management by objectives,conducts the research to the middle management staff performance appraisal system of Liaoning power grid enterprises.Firstly,the present situation and problems of Liaoning power grid for the middle management staff performance appraisal of enterprises analysis,at present middle managers in Liaoning power grid enterprise performance appraisal problems such as performance appraisal target is not clear,the performance appraisal principle is not clear and the performance appraisal results no convincing;secondly discusses the design and Implementation of the performance appraisal system of middle rank management personnel in Liaoning power grid enterprises,the study is mainly from a performance appraisal system construction,planning and goal setting,performance appraisal system for performance appraisal system implementation and goal management,check with the purpose of performance appraisal system for standard setting and processing system of performance appraisal and goal setting and other aspects of the performance appraisal management system of middle level managers in Liaoning power grid enterprise implementation of security are discussed,such as the performance appraisal system running environment,evaluation mechanism,strategic combination,incentive mechanism and the results of treatment etc.The application of the performance appraisal system can make Liaoning power grid enterprises of middle management staff performance appraisal index analysis and anatomy,to understand their own development strengths and weaknesses,to provide scientific methods for the reform of enterprises,and to improve the management level and efficiency of enterprises,meet the requirements of market competition.
