Since Laiwu City was designated as Laiwu District,it has strictly implemented the principle of "controlling the total amount,strictly controlling the increment and revitalizing the stock" followed by the intensive use of construction land and land space planning,and combined with the actual situation of Laiwu District,it has selected flexible and diverse ways to develop the land use potential,revitalize and develop the idle land and land reserve,comprehensively improve the intensive use level of construction land,and realize the win-win of economic and social benefits,Explore a new way of intensive utilization and coordinated economic development in Laiwu District.At the same time,the State advocates the use of stock construction land and has strict indicators for new construction land,which is of great significance to the direction of land spatial planning.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the evaluation of intensive use of construction land in Laiwu district from the perspective of land spatial planning.This thesis takes the intensive use of construction land in Laiwu district under land and space planning as the research object.Firstly,explain the related concepts of land and space planning and intensive use;This thesis introduces the relationship between land spatial planning and intensive utilization and the related contents of intensive utilization evaluation.Then,the current situation of construction land use in Laiwu district from the perspective of land spatial planning is analyzed in detail from the aspects of general situation,land use status,utilization benefits and temporal and spatial changes of construction land in Laiwu district.On this basis,this thesis evaluates the intensive utilization degree of construction land in Laiwu district from the perspective of land and space planning,including constructing the evaluation index system,then calculating the index weight value and standardizing it,calculating the comprehensive scoring index,and then coming to the conclusion that the intensive degree is good.Then,the analysis results are presented on the spatial distribution map of Laiwu district through Arc GIS software,and the distribution and development trend of the degree of intensive utilization of construction land in 15 towns and streets in time and space are observed more intuitively.It is concluded that the main urban area has a higher degree of intensive utilization in Laiwu district from the perspective of land and space planning;The medium intensive utilization is the urban area of each development zone;Remote township areas have a low degree of intensive utilization.Finally,it puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of intensive utilization of construction land in Laiwu district from the perspective of land spatial planning from the aspects of development status of construction land,land use benefits and land spatial planning management and control.This thesis evaluates and analyzes the intensive utilization of construction land from the perspective of land and space planning in Laiwu District,so as to provide some reference for the relevant research of construction land in other cities. |
