And with the rapid accumulation of Chinese household wealth and the deepening consciousness of financial management, traditional saving way cannot satisfy people's financial planning. The demanding for wealth management is increasing intensely. So, the space of the wealth management market is promising. The development of wealth management is fundamental for the economic transformation. It is helpful to build deeper, broader and more diversified capital market system and realize the healthy development of china's capital market.In recent years, although China's wealth management market develops boomingly, the wealth management industry is still in its infancy. It is not only failed to meet the market demand but also has some problems. Today, the development of the trust companies is still not balanced, revenue relies heavily on real estate and infrastructure business, and the correlation of real estate and infrastructure business and the economic situation is higher, leads to the periodicity and instability of the trust companies profits. Wealth management business lays the foundation of breaking the predicament of management, so as to realize long-term stable profit and become a great opportunities for trust companies.This paper is on the basis of the study of domestic and foreign literature and draws on the successful experience of wealth management institutions at home and abroad. It analyzes wealth management business of HB trust present situation and existing problems with the help of HB trust examples. And then, using macro development environment PEST makes analysis, porter's five forces model analyzes industry development environment, using SWOT analyzes HB trust, and make comprehensive analysis the developmental environment of wealth management business of HB trust.
