AEP Company Order Flow Analysis Research

With rapid socio-economic development, there is bright future for AEP who is just start to open China market recently. This requires AEP pay more effect on BPM (Business Process Management), especially for Order Flow Analysis which includes Order receiving, Credit Authorization, Part Assembly and Payment Collect.Based on AEP Company order flow status, the factors of influencing order process and other disadvantage are analyzed. With researching speculative knowledge of customer relation management thoughts and actual economy environment status, ASME, IDEF Module and BPR methods are used to analyze AEP order flow. As a result, great improvement has been made with increasing or decreasing allocated resources to some new tasks, or terminating the unnecessary part altogether, at various states of the development project.
