With the economic globalization process and the growing market competition, China’s elevator market demand continues to increase, the user demand become uncertainty and diversification, product structure become more and more complex, the cost of elevator continues to decrease, the product life cycle is also shortened. Smaller batch but lot of production type has become the mainstream of the elevator manufacturing industry. Regardless of a company is market-oriented or customer oriented, especially for those customer oriented, orders production has become their main production mode.This thesis analyzes the status of project management in production companies, and combined with the actual situation of A elevator production company, considers the contract orders from customers as projects. Divide the traditional manufacturing departments into two, Contract Logistics Center (CLC) and Subsystem Integrator (SSI), then CLC includes the contract plan and other resources support departments. The department setting change can alleviate the multi order to the limited resources of the company effectively, and further realize the operational effectiveness to be maximizing. CLC is responsible for the contract order planning and other information processing. SSI includes both internal workshop and external suppliers. The internal workshop is treated as the same as the external supplier. This way, all SSI are self-forming system. Each CLC resources support department and SSI receiving contract orders planning, purchase order and work order from the contract planning department. Each department is responsible for its own process. The production efficiency is higher. The traditional information support and manufacturing function department change to provide the resources. The operation process of each link is clearly defined, with a perfect assessment system to monitor and achieve. And make out the performance evaluation system according to the contract planning delivery date, mainly including the efficiency and quality of two aspects. This thesis is trying to design operation mode and process of the order project management, and propose the solution to solve the conflict of the order project management. Then hope to provide a feasible project management mode for the development of our country’s production company.Production company in the implementation of the project management is the only way to facing increasingly market changes and improve the competitiveness. But the current theory and practice are still not perfect or the practical application value is not high. Based on a large number of relevant theory and writer’s the job practical, this thesis analysis the production company project management overall application, to explore suitable methods for production order company project management. It has certain reference significance for order project management of similar company in the future.
