Recently, order-oriented production enterprises have more and more pressures on order delivery on time, cost control, quality guarantee and resource organization&coordination et. al., along with the increase of market competition and customer individual requirements.In order to improve enterprise’s economic benefit, management efficiency and level of resources utilization, more and more order-oriented production enterprises gradually adopts the theory of project management to change their traditional order production model, some kind of renovations and revolutions including organization renovation, process reconstruction and management renovation are taken to improve enterprises’core competence to realize its survival and healthy&stable development.The paper takes H Company as its research object, focuses on the problems met in its manufacturing process, and then uses the method of project management and case analysis to study and analyze H Company’s order production process. The problems are finally solved, which significantly improves enterprise’s management efficiency and level of limited resources utilization as well as core competence.Firstly, some research summaries and results about enterprise projected management and order multi-items management under limited resource are discussed, corresponding theories for order production projected management, organization management, process management and examination methods are explained to provide theory basis for order multi-items management under limited resource.Secondly, it describes H company’s summary, main product and order production process, clarifies its production activities into market sales, product manufacture and engineering project implementation, meanwhile, the above three activities’ characteristic are also analyzed.Aiming at the problems met in the manufacturing process of H Company, market sales, product manufacture and engineering project implementation are separated analyzed to design order multi-items management style from the aspect of management organization, process and performance assessment.By analyzing and practicing the H Company’s order multi-items under limited resource management style, a better solution and method is proposed for the problem met in the manufacturing process of H Company. Finally, there is a conclusion that by taking multi-items management under limited resource in the process of order production, H Company significantly improves its organizational coordination ability and utilization rate of current resource, shortens manufacturing cycle, enhances the quick response ability to market and customer, reduces production cost, advances the core competence of organization, brings more benefit for company and promotes healthy and stable development of company.By analyzing, designing and practicing the multi-items management under limited resource in the process of order production of H Company, the author thinks that order multi-items management under limited resource can be used to form a set of capable management model, which can help enterprise improve order projected management level, it can be a model for similar big-scale customized manufacturing enterprises in the process of manufacturing management.
