| A shipbuilding company is a large-scaled new-emerging private family owned enterprises in Zhou Shan area started from a high point belong to a powerful holding group. For several years, the middle and high level management team of A shipbuilding company is very unstable with frequent adjustments lead to a very adverse negative impression to the outside world and an enormous shock to the production operations. This kind of situation existed in A shipbuilding company is also happening in some other private shipbuilding companies in the whole country. Under such background, this paper studies A company’s professional manager hiring strategy, in order to provide reference for other enterprises.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is an overview of the relevant theory and literature review. The 3rd chapter briefly introduces the situation of A shipbuilding company, analyzes the problems existing in the introduction of professional managers in A shipbuilding company. Chapter 4 researches the professional manager hiring strategy of A shipbuilding company from five aspects as follows. To understand correctly and further introduce the shipbuilding professional managers, to handle the culture of the circle of professional managers in shipbuilding properly, to establish and improve the professional managers incentive and restraint mechanisms, to guarantee the effective control of A shipbuilding company by the owner, to correct understand and effective response to the development trend of shipbuilding mode.
