| In October 2005, it was confirmed that Hangzhou became one of the first ten pilot cities that exercise digital urban management. After years of efforts and innovation as well as development, the Hangzhou model of digital urban management took on its own unique style. It effectively solved many urban management problems related to citizens’livelihood. In March 2012, given the fact that the economic society, urbanization process, and construction of "smart cities" throughout Zhejiang province had developed rapidly, the condition is ripe for Hangzhou to put forward "smart urban management" construction. The ultimate purpose of "smart urban management" is to build a groundbreaking model of open, efficient, intelligent, harmonious, and service-oriented city management methodology. If the "smart urban management" is built up, it can play a more significant role in information integration,efficiency and scientific management, and hence boost the development of Hangzhou as a city of quality life.Throughout the academic and research of "smart city" is an important research topic in today’s society, such as comparative study of digital urban management and the wisdom of urban management, mode analysis, management study and so on. Analysis and comparison, is not difficult to find, the wisdom of urban management must, to look at the issue of less. We say, whether as an object or a project, it is not possible is perfect, especially after the test of practice, more or less will be exposed some shortcomings. Only to see a problem, in order to avoid improved and better service to our.This thesis uses the Gongshu District as an example to promote understanding of problems and their solutions in urban management through "smart urban management" app, and several case analyses in urban management operation. The problems and their solutions can enrich our theory and researches about urban management. By analyzing and hence pointing out feasible proposals and strategies about the problems during the construction of "smart urban management", we can boost the practice of "smart urban management" as well as enhance the efficiency of urban management. |
