Since the reform and opening,China's urbanization has played a key role in promoting the urban and rural resources flowing,optimizing the industrial structure and achieving rapid economic growth.However,non-harmonization phenomenon between human and land in urban areas is gradually exacerbated among this process.In recent years,with the "New Urbanization" representing the new normality of urban development,the urban interior space presents a further complicated new pattern.Meanwhile,urban residents are increasingly desired to construct the humanistic city.Under such background,it is necessary to realize and investigate the development trend of urban population and construction land,to excavate and analyze the spatial-temporal coupling relationship in human-land relations.This topic not only has the practical significance to promote the coordinated development of urban human-land,but also has a great research value to enrich the theory of modern urban interior space.Based on the above considerations,this paper focuses on the urban human-land relationship and takes the whole research direction of "pattern-process-mechanism".Besides,the paper constructs the whole research framework of urban human-land spatial-temporal coupling relationship,which is guided by the theory of urban interior space system,the coordination of human-land relations,the urban internal population migration,and the spatial non-stationary.Moreover,it emphatically analyzes the pattern of evolution process and spatial-temporal coupling mechanism of population and construction land in Hangzhou Main Districts from 2000 to 2015,and then draws the following conclusions:(1)The changing process of population in the main urban districts has the characteristics of "regional development differentiation" and "the evolution of the split-layer of the different population",but the whole evolution presents the trend of"decentral diffusion".Therefore,the population distribution tends to be "flattened".(2)The overall performance in time and space of the construction land evolution process is " Grow and slow down every year,inner city renewal and peripheral expansion ",besides,the each layers has different land patterns and various types of space evolution.(3)The temporal evolution process of population and construction land presents the collaborative deduction of "short-term fluctuation adjustment,long-term equilibrium stability",and the intrinsic coupling logic is " the cause of construction land expansion,the result of population growth".(4)The spatial evolution process of population and construction land presents the global correlation characteristic of "increment linkage,total amounts coupling",and it shows a non-stationary correlation in local space.Finally,based on the whole characteristics of the spatial-temporal coupling relationship in population and construction land,this paper puts forward the overall regulation strategy and the specific local optimization strategy to promote the coordinated development between population and construction land in Hangzhou Main Districts.The most innovative point of this paper is to treat urban human-space development as a complete coupling system by drawing on the systematic theory rather than thinking of the urban human-land relations study from the time or space unilaterally,and on the basis of that,this paper constructs the framework of urban human-spatial coupling relationship analysis,which contributes to conduct the systematic research on evolution process of pattern and the intrinsic mechanism between urban population and construction land.
