In this thesis,we mainly study and discuss the establishment and application of competency model of middle level management positions in Z Design Institute.First of all,to the middle management positions of state-owned enterprises promotion and international competence related to the theoretical research and application were reviewed,as a solid foundation for the thesis;secondly,the middle-level management positions of state-owned enterprises two units of Z Design Institute promotion status of the analysis,Put forward the improvement measures and the innovation point of the paper,the key and difficult points in the process of development;third,the use of behavioral event interview method,constructs the middle management competency model combined with the actual situation of the Z Design Institute,and by using the method of questionnaire investigation on middle management positions and the corresponding personnel were assessed,formed personnel competency record form;finally,summarizes the application of competency model in the Z Design Institute of middle management staff promotion the innovation of human resource management,and other aspects of the deficiencies based on.This thesis creatively in is the management idea of \"ranking in the traditional state-owned enterprises,carry out the scientific,people-oriented competency features of application of practical research,guidance has important theoretical significance and practical application value. |
