Rural credit cooperatives in Yunnan province is the main force of rural financial services in Yunnan Province, based on urban and rural areas. With the continuous development of economic globalization, the state-owned banks and joint-stock banks in the development, put forward new requirements and challenges to the development of rural credit cooperatives in Yunnan province. Deposit ratio adjustment, adjust profit model, adjust the structure of staff, is placed in front of the urgent need to solve the problems of the rural credit cooperatives. In this environment, the employee’s job satisfaction research, summed up and summed up the general rules of employee behavior during the transition period, to the smooth transition of rural credit cooperatives have a certain role in promoting.In this paper, we designed 7 dimensions of job satisfaction, and a total of 30 test items. X District of Kunming City, the rural credit cooperatives staff issued a questionnaire to recover the effective questionnaire 261. Through statistical analysis, reliability analysis, the study concluded that in the transformation of rural credit cooperatives in the lower employee satisfaction factors, such as:salary structure, job promotion, job stress, etc.. In combination with the actual situation of the development of rural credit cooperatives in X District of Kunming City, the employees’ job satisfaction in the transition period was analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward for the development of the rural credit cooperatives in Yunnan Province during the period of transition.
