With the development of the national economy, the improvement of the level of national income, the change of the concept of electronic product consumption and the promotion of production and manufacturing process, the adhesive has been developed rapidly in recent years in the application of electronic products production industry and PET protection film production industry, and also the market demand is growing rapidly. There is a board development prospects in adhesive industry. But nowadays the internet technology is becoming more and more mature, and the mobile Internet is widely used, and that there appeared various industry sites, e-commerce platforms and other emerging internet forms, the business model of the information asymmetry of the traders have become unsustainable, before procurement the client would like to search more information in the internet or even purchase the products to the original factory. So the development of CNW Company not only faces good external opportunities, but also faces severe challenges and business bottlenecks caused by the internal environment. In this situation, how to break through the bottleneck and to deal with the competition and realize the rapid development of enterprises is an urgent and important significance for CNW Company.In this paper, the author applied the theory of strategic management, first, using the GPEST model, Porter’s five forces model, external factors matrix EFE to analyze the external environment of the enterprise; and second, using the porter’s value chain analysis, smile theory, core competence analysis method and internal factors IFE matrix analysis to analyze the external environment of the enterprise; and finally adopted the SWOT analysis method, formulate SO, ST, WO and WT strategies in view of the threats and opportunities of the external environment, the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment, then formulate the enterprise development strategy and put forward the key issues for the implementation of the strategy for CNW company- how to create differentiated products and services, how to develop partners, how to use internet to promote the brand, how to adjust the organization structure and how to recruit professional personnel.This paper analyzed the application prospect of the adhesive industry in the electronic product assembly and application field is analyzed, developed a transformation strategy for CNW Company and put forward the key issues in the implementation of the strategy, and the research results have practical application value for the future development direction of CNW Company. With the arrival of the government’s encourages of public business and innovation, I believe that studying strategy of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises will also have certain reference significance and value for other similar enterprises.
